Start by deciding what kind of trip you're planning.
The wedding is about a 15 minute walk from Sheraton Vancouver Airport, Vancouver Airport Marriott, and Hilton Vancouver Airport. If you are flying in and out mainly for the wedding, staying near those Richmond airport hotels is probably the easiest plan.
If you plan to do more than the wedding, downtown is usually the better base so you can experience at least a little of Vancouver without spending the whole trip commuting.
We are currently working on securing a room block for guests interested in hotel accommodations and will update this page once more information is available.

More space, kitchens, and residential neighbourhoods.
If you want more space or a kitchen, short-term rentals can make sense. Vancouver hotels are mostly downtown, so short-term rentals are often the only realistic way to stay in places like Kitsilano, around West 4th, along Main Street, or near quieter family pockets where there simply are not many full-service hotel options.
